Bible Study and
Fellowship for
Women
|
Thank you to everyone who attended The Well,
which concluded another season
on March 13!
• • •
Here are a few of the feelings expressed by women who
attended previous sessions of The Well:
"What a privilege it is to be in a small group of Christian
sisters. They are eager to share with one another their
innermost thoughts and concerns in the light of God’s Word!"
—Anne Wills
"The Well, to me, is a fantastic experience!
It is a religious and spiritual adventure each time we meet.
The lectures are memorable; you never want them to end. I am
looking forward to next September when it starts again."
—Bonnie Haywood
"For any number of reasons, I had lost the
enthusiasm for studying theology that I enjoyed so deeply in
past years. That passion has been rekindled through insightful
and inspiring teaching at The Well! It’s good to be back,
learning and growing in the Lord!"
—Bonnie Riordan
"The teaching and the cross generation of
women are what I love about The Well."
—Natalia Senes

2008 Meetings
Every
First and Third Tuesday 9:30 a.m. – Noon
MOPS is available to
any mom with a child aged
infant through kindergarten.
Childcare is available! |
MOPS is about
MOPS stands
for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS International
exists to meet the needs of every mom—urban, suburban,
and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen,
single, and married moms—moms with different lifestyles
who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms
they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy
to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child
relationship and are filled with unique needs.
MOPS helps moms through
relationships established in the context of local groups
that provide a caring atmosphere for today's mother of
young children. Our vision for Covenant MOPS is
that we will be a community of mothers drawing near to
each other, to Christ, and to a church home.
Other MOPS
events to watch for throughout the year are Moms’ Nights
Out, the MOPS Book Club, playgroups, and the MOPS Annual
Retreat!
Childcare is provided for each MOPS meeting by the Covenant nursery staff.
